HELP WITH YOUR DOWNLOAD

1. Enter your digital download code in the box on the home page
2. Copy the code’s numbers and letters exactly as printed on your purchase.
3. Press enter or click the "Redeem" button to submit your code
4. Your code will be validated and if successful you will be taken to the downloads page.
5. If your code does not validate please return to the home page and carefully re-enter your code to again.
6. If your code still does not validate please contact the support email address below.

DOWNLOADING YOUR DIGITAL AUDIO FILES

1. After redeeming your code, enter your email address in the form on the downloads page and click "Send Links".
2. Check your inbox for an email containing your download links. If you cannot find it, please check your spam or junk folder.
3. Click the download link in the email for the audio format you would like to download, usually MP3 or WAV.
4. Save the files to your computer or mobile device. Make sure you have enough free space before downloading.
5. If your download is a ZIP file, unzip it before playing the audio files.
